Jim is an engineer by training, an experienced traveler, and a dreamer. After spending 6 years with Accenture doing systems integrations, in 2012 he decided it was time to pursue his passion of bringing new ideas to market.
With the firm belief that people should be in control of technology, Jim set out to solve one of the greatest modern problems in transportation history: distracted driving. His team researched the problem for almost a year before designing and developing TextNinja, a gamified solution that incentivizes people to drive text-free. It stands above the rest in terms of accuracy, ease of use, and flexibility, because it integrates with the latest in connected car technology, and is constantly evolving with the field.
When not running around the halls at 1871, Jim can be found treating his mind and body to the great outdoors, or video chatting with his daughter in Australia.
