As a Chicago native, Jeannette began her career as a Project Coordinator in commercial real estate development over 10 years ago before moving into the residential market where she worked as a Luxury Listing Partner for a top ranking team in the U.S. who produced over 140M in sales in 2017. Today, she has co-founded Chicago Residential Partners; a modern team of experienced agents committed to building relationships that go beyond the sale. Jeannette specializes in residential sales and works with a variety of clients including first time-buyers, sellers, investors and renters in Chicago. Jeannette’s zest for real estate shows in the quality and integrity of her work. She believes that that the no. 1 quality to being a great realtor is the ability understand her clients needs. Jeannette is client motivated and is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to her clients through passion, service and integrity. Jeannettes engaging personality, honesty, attention to detail, luxury marketing experience and hustle has gained notable recognition and she has been featured as a Local Influencer in Voyage Magazine and acknowledged in the Chicago Tribune. Jeannette Pawula is passionate about charity and philanthropy and is an active volunteer and contributor to a myriad of local and international nonprofits. She is the Founder of international children's charity, Avanse Org, whose mission is to advance the lives of street children in Haiti. She is very hands on with her international work and travels frequently to Haiti to spend time and oversee the children and staff in her programs. She is also a member of the Consortium for Street Children Network, Great Lakes Mastiff Rescue, Realtors to the Rescue, the Chicago Council for Global Affairs, and was a participant in the Nexus Global Youth Summit at the United Nations. Jeannette's passions include clean beauty and wellness, traveling and all things foodie related. She is also a huge dog lover and in her free time resides in Wicker Park with her adopted, 130lb English Mastiff, Brutus.
