Bonnie began teaching group exercise in 2008 and is certified in personal training by the American Council of Exercise. After extensive training in college, Bonnie began experimenting with workout programming alternating between cardiovascular work and strength training. She quickly saw results in herself and became a believer in both HIIT and strength training. After training clients and teaching small group exercise classes for several years, Bonnie’s ambitions leaned to owning her own studio. After meeting Tracy, the rest is history! Bonnie also holds a master’s degree in education and a degree in business management.
