General Manager Andy Roe is responsible for strategic business development as well as day-to-day operations for SurePayroll, a wholly owned subsidiary of Paychex®. A results-driven, award-winning management professional, Andy joined SurePayroll in April 2014 after a 13-year tenure in Paychex sales and management. Known for his ingenuity, drive and out-of-the-box thinking, Andy notes that much of his inspiration comes from having worked directly with small business owners throughout his career.
Most recently Andy served as Senior Director, Sales Operations where he was lauded for explosive channel growth, managing hundreds of sales and service professionals, and assisting in the launch of critical international business and national partnerships. Prior to this position, Andy had grown his Paychex experience from a field representative serving the payroll needs of small businesses with 1-50 employees regionally to increasingly responsible management positions specializing in nationwide strategic initiatives, territory optimization and change management.
He has earned certification from many of the nation's premier professional development courses including University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business Executive Education's Negotiation Essentials, Villanova University's Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Certification programs and Cornell University's Executive Financial Management program. Andy holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University's College of Business.
