As a principal developer, born out of professional sports ownership, we are neighborhood place makers. In 2015, Hickory Street Capital, a subsidiary of Marquee Development, began the $250M Gallagher Way District. As the lead developer, HSC was and is solely responsible for design, construction, programming, marketing, and asset management. The development, adjacent to Wrigley Field in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, opened to the public in 2018 and has achieved national critical acclaim and financial success.
