Brad Becker is trying to create a solution to a problem that a lot of people might not even know that they have. DOC&I Inc. is a company that works with clinics and hospitals serving vulnerable, low-income patients by providing them access to a government program that helps them receive discounts for care and medications that they already use. The program is not easy to implement, and DOC&I streamlines the process to make it easier for doctors and hospitals to catch savings, not only for their patients, but also for their facilities. Becker brings up some challenges that he faces – namely, education about the service that they provide. It’s vital to let people know how their service works and why it’s important, to understand the needs of the customer, and to offer unbiased analysis of different customers’ problems.
