As the Senior Pastor of University Church, not only is Julian DeShazier responsible for creating an environment of inclusion and community, but he is also responsible for creating a sturdy infrastructure to ensure the church can still be successful years down the road. One of the greatest lessons that Julian has learned throughout his career has been to always have the best interest of the church in mind when it is time to make tough decisions.
