Jellyvision makes software and then licenses it out to large companies for them to provide to their employees. Jellyvision helps aid employees’ understanding of their benefits and make better decisions regarding the benefits and their finances. CCO Tom Haley rejects the perspective that an individual can’t be both a manager and a doer, and believes someone can and should do both well. Over his time at Jellyvision, Tom’s leadership style has shifted away from giving feedback based on his own thoughts and ideas, to one that is more focused on asking questions and giving employees the power to make changes on their own with their own ideas.
