Mary Pigatti is CEO of Retrofit, Inc., a leading provider of weight-management programs focused on tackling obesity and delivering proven outcomes and lasting results. Pigatti has more than 25 years of experience in helping grow early-stage health and technology companies into organizations with the highest levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and business growth. Pigatti’s number one priority is employee and client happiness, and she empowers her team to build innovation into everything they do to delight customers. In her short time at the helm, Retrofit has been recognized with several workplace awards, including being named one of the nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® and one of the 20 Best Workplaces in Health Care by Great Place to Work® and Fortune. Pigatti came to Retrofit from Limeade where she served as Senior Vice President, Operations & Customer Delight. Prior to that, Pigatti served as Vice President/General Manager of Johnson & Johnson’s Wellness & Prevention subsidiary. She also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Ceridian, following a successful career with United Health’s Optum division. Pigatti holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
