Previously served as director of international and national MEP projects for Mehandes Engineering with a total construction value of over 1 billion dollars. Personally led the design approach and managed all aspect of the project design. I always strive to maximize my skills, ingenuity and innovativeness that will provide the highest value to my clients. I pride myself on achieving a synergy with my clients through listening and reaching a thorough understanding of their needs and priorities, in order to provide them with superior service. In 2009 joined Prospect Resources, Inc. - an energy consumer’s advocate and agent for medium to large energy users. - as COO, In 2010 started Polatsek Design Studios - offering specialized consulting services to developers, contractors and building managers for MEP and energy efficiency design. Specialties: Highrise Mechanical and Plumbing systems, Energy Efficient Design, Energy Recovery, Energy Procurement, Energy Risk Management.
