Since 1995, The Center for Advanced Emotional Intelligence has offered practical, results-oriented programs for leadership development and corporate culture change. Our executive coaching practice is designed for senior and high potential executives who are seeking to optimize their overall leadership effectiveness. Our group workshops help leadership teams build strong alignment around the organization’s mission, while improving collaboration and impact. We work with a wide variety of organizations, from multinational corporations to small and mid size private companies, non-profits, and education institutions. Our programs build, at the individual identity level, the social and human qualities that hold the greatest potential to drive dramatic improvements in business performance. AEI’s approach to leadership development is highly interdisciplinary, combining business and psychology, as well as philosophy and cultural anthropology. Leaders who participate in an AEI program will more fully understand the complexities of human nature and will develop practical techniques for applying emotional intelligence to their leadership practice, and to hone the skills they need to build and mobilize strong, thriving organizations.
