India Alexis Ehioba CEO Shore Community Services, Inc. came into the organization when it was 1 million dollars in the red. She saw what was right within the organization first. She capitalized on the good and then, enlisting that good to attack what needed to be changed. She realized that she had used one style to turn the organization around, another style of management to maintain the organization. This and other experiences taught her to be a lifetime learner.
