Scott Graf is the President of BCD Meetings and Events, a company that sells an experience rather than a product. Graf knows that outsourcing other company’s meetings and events means rigorous work days and nontraditional scheduling – he also knows it’s important to make this as appealing as possible to employees to make sure that they’re comfortable with their roles in the company. Graf talks a bit about his own experience in the business and gives some advice to people looking to start their own venture.
