Josh is the founder of Kitchfix. A personal chef who is eager to continue his career in food through entrepreneurship, creativity and social enterprise. He gets to lead a team of awesome people who help to create delicious and healthy meals in Chicago. He started his culinary career slinging pizzas at a local tavern in Michigan, and has come a long way since then to specialize in anti-inflammatory cooking. He started Kitchfix to bring this "real food" approach to everyone. Josh likes to wear backwards baseball hats everyday.
