Tony DiVittorio is the President of Clearbrook, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing human services to those with special needs. DiVittorio has encountered many challenges in his career working as a not-for-profit relying on state and government funding. Relying on government funding can be inconsistent, to say the least, but DiVittorio maintains that he and his company will never lower their standards based on funding – he treats his non-profit like he would a business, not letting him or his employees fall into a “victim” mindset, and always reaching out to people who believe in the cause to help where there might be gaps in funding.
