We started Hirewell to approach talent acquisition in a relationship-focused, process- and results-oriented way. I have deep experience in IT recruiting, executive search, and designing and delivering outsourced solutions for top organizations on a national level. I pride myself on my ability to identify and develop solutions for my clients in order to create the highest-caliber experience possible and fulfill their growth plans.
Prior to founding Hirewell, I started my career at the largest staffing company in the nation. I started there as a Recruiter and was one of the Top 2 billers in the office. I then went to a project-based solution provider named Martin Progressive where I held positions such as Sr. Recruiter / Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and VP of Project Office. I graduated from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign).
